Welcome to Bitlinesoft IT Solutions. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services, specifically tailored to the legal and business environment of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq (KRI).
BitlineSoft provides a range of IT solutions including but not limited to Software Development, Accounting Systems (ERP), Web Development, and IT Infrastructure. All services are subject to a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) or Project Contract signed between the client and BitlineSoft.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kurdistan Region – Iraq. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Erbil, Kurdistan Region.
Quotations and invoices are issued in US Dollars (USD) or British Pounds (GBP) as per the agreement. Payments must be made within the specified timeframe via approved payment methods (Bank Transfer or Direct Cash) as regulated by financial authorities.
In accordance with regional data privacy practices, BitlineSoft ensures that all client data, especially financial data processed via our accounting systems, is stored securely. We adhere to non-disclosure agreements (NDA) to protect our clients' intellectual property and business operations.
Clients are prohibited from using BitlineSoft software or infrastructure for any activities that violate the laws of the Kurdistan Region or Iraq. This includes but is not limited to unauthorized data access, fraud, or hosting illegal content.
BitlineSoft provides ongoing support for its systems. Emergency support is prioritized for critical infrastructure and accounting systems to ensure business continuity for our local partners.
